All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who plays for Chennai Super Kings, wreaked havoc with the bat against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Sunday. He played an unbeaten 62-ball innings in 28 balls while batting.
The most interesting moment came in the last over of the innings when Ravindra Jadeja smashed 37 runs to Purple Cap holder Harshal Patel.
Thanks to this blazing innings by Jadeja, Chennai Super Kings managed to score 191 runs for 4 wickets in 20 overs.

In the last over of the innings, Jadeja hit four consecutive sixes. (6,6,7Nb, 6, 2, 6, 4), Harshal Patel hit the third ball no ball, Jadeja hit a six on that ball as well, after which he hit a six on a free hit and put RCB in trouble. Jadeja had a great chance to hit six sixes but missed out on doing so.

Jadeja equaled Chris Gayle’s record of scoring the most runs in an over in IPL history. 10 years ago, Chris Gayle played 37 runs in an over against P Parameswaran while playing for RCB. In that over, 6, 6 + n, 4, 4, 6, 6, 4 runs were scored.
