Deepak Chahar became the first Indian bowler to take a hat trick in T20 International. Yesterday against Bangladesh in 3rd T20I at Nagpur Deepak Chahar registered this record on his name.
Talking about the match Bangladesh won the toss and opted to ball first. India batting first scored 174/5 in 20 overs. From Indian side KL Rahul (52 in 35 balls) and Shreyas Iyer (62 in 33 balls) scored the fifties.
For Bangladesh except for Naim who scored 81 runs in 48 balls no other batsman stand up for the chase. Some lethal and accurate bowling from the Indian bowlers, in the end, won the match for India.
This was the decider match of the series as before this both the team won 1 match. With wining the 3rd T20I India also won the series by 2-1.
It was the bowling attack for India who won the 3rd T20I and especially Deepak Chahar’s bowling performance. Deepak Chahar picked up 6 wickets against Bangladesh and also took a hat-trick. Deepak Chahar became the first Indian player to take a hat-trick and also registered the best bowling figure of 6/7 for India in T20I.
