The Indian cricket team is currently in Australia, practicing for their upcoming series against the home team. The Men in Blue will play 3 ODIs, 3 T20Is, and 4 Tests in the long tour of Australia. Captain Virat Kohli will return home early and miss three Test matches owing to his paternal duties.

Meanwhile, all players are sweating hard in the nets as they aim to repeat their previous performance Down Under. On the previous Australian tour, the Indian team had won the Test series by the scoreline of 2-1. Besides, they also won the ODI series, MS Dhoni being the Man of the Series for them.

This year, they do not have the services of MS Dhoni because the wicket-keeper batsman has announced his retirement from international cricket. Still, Virat Kohli has a very strong squad by his side. KL Rahul will be the key to success for the team this year.

The Kings XI Punjab captain won the Orange Cap award in the recently concluded IPL 2020. One of the key reasons behind Rahul’s success has been his incredible fitness and physique. The right-handed batsman has spent much time at the gym working out and strengthening his muscles. The same efforts have helped the team win the matches.

Earlier today, Rahul shared a video on his social media account where he was doing various exercises. Notably, the Karnataka-based player was working on his lower limbs. Hardik Pandya, who is a close friend of the KXIP captain, came around and tried to steal the show with his antiques.
