Sachin Tendulkar has settled an ongoing legal case in Australia’s Federal Court with Spartan, Australia’s batting company.
In 2016, Sachin signed an agreement to promote Spartan goods. Sachin accused the company of not following the rules in the agreement. Sachin has also accused Spartan company of not paying royalty and endorsement fees to him, which was fixed between the two. Even after the agreement was canceled, the company continued to use his name.
Sachin Tendulkar did a variety of promotion shows for Spartan in Mumbai and London. During this time he could not also enter into an agreement with any other sporting goods company.

According to Settlement, Spartan companies have confessed to the charges leveled against them. The company has also agreed to obey the court order, which included not endorsing Sachin’s name, photo, and Sachin’s name. The Spartan has also revoked the registered trademark containing Sachin’s photo.
Les Galbraith, CEO of the company said on behalf of the company,
Spartan sincerely apologises to Tendulkar for its failure to honour his sponsorship agreement and is grateful for Tendulkar’s patience in resolving this dispute,”
Press released also includes that Sachin Tendulkar has no association with Spartan since 17th September 2018,
“The Spartan companies also publicly acknowledged that Tendulkar has had no association with Spartan since September 17, 2018, when Mr Tendulkar terminated their sponsorship agreement”
“Sachin is very happy to end this case and reach a friendly solution in the matter,” Mukherjee, CEO of Sachin’s management company SRT Sports Management, said in a statement.
