Author’s take

The stint of appointing Ravichandran Ashwin as the captain of Kings XI Punjab didn’t change the team’s performance in the last 2 years. So it might be now a good move for the KXIP to give the responsibility of the captaincy to some other players. Whereas Delhi Capitals will become stronger after the inclusion of Ravichandran Ashwin in the team.
