Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s CSK will try its best to win in the second match as well. On the other hand, this will be the first match of Rajasthan Royals captained by Steve Smith in the 13th season. They will also want to start with a win. This match to be held between Chennai and Rajasthan will be played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium from 7.30 pm IST.

Chennai defeated Mumbai in the first match thanks to Ambati Rayudu’s superb knock of 71 and Faf du Plessis’s 58 not out. Even after the early breakthroughs given by the Mumbai bowlers in the early overs, Rayudu and du Plessis took CSK to win.

Murali Vijay and Shane Watson started the innings against Mumbai but both were dismissed early. Sam Curran was promoted by Dhoni, taking full advantage of this opportunity, played a quick inning of 18 runs from 6 balls. Chennai’s batting seems stable, so the bowlers also did not disappoint in the first match as they were taking wickets at regular intervals.

Chennai bowlers had ensured that Mumbai could not score bi. It played a big role in Chennai’s win by 5 wickets. Lungi Ngidi, Ravindra Jadeja, Piyush Chawla and Deepak Chahar also played their role when needed.

Talking about Rajasthan Royals, the team has never been more impressed with their performance after winning the IPL 2008 title. Looking at IPL 2020, Rajasthan Royals have brought some big T20 players in their team. Along with Robin Uthappa, Shreyas Gopal Varun Aaron, the royals have tried to create a good mix of youth experience with young Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag and Kartik Tyagi.

Along with Ben Stokes and Steve Smith, the Royals have added some top-level players. However, Stokes is not sure of playing in the first match.

The biggest concern for the team management of Rajasthan Royals will be the absence of Stokes in the team. The one who is currently in New Zealand with his father. When he will come, the situation is not clear yet. The Rajatshan Royals team depends to a large extent on Ben Stokes. So the sooner he will join the team, the better it will be for the team.
