BCCI can organize IPL 2020 in September but have to lose England Series

The IPL 2020, the biggest domestic tournament for Indian cricket, has also been postponed by the BCCI for an indefinite period. Although fans are still hopeful about organizing this tournament. But there is no hope of organizing any tournament before August in these situations.
