Indian vice-captain Rohit Sharma has three double centuries in these 8 double centuries. Rohit Sharma’s best score in ODI cricket is 264 runs which he scored in 2014 against Sri Lanka.

After the ODIs, there is talk of scoring double centuries in T20 cricket as well. This feat is a bit difficult to do, but it is said that cricket is a game of uncertainties, anything can happen here anytime.

In a live chat with Priyam Garg on the Hello app, Mohammad Kaif said

‘Rohit can do this job. He can score a double century in T20. Once Rohit hits a century, his strike rate will be 250–300, so he can score 200 runs as well”

Along with this, while advising other young players including Priyam Garg, Kaif said that his ultimate goal should not be to play IPL. Young players should also play Ranji Trophy. Kaif said that playing in the IPL should not be your objective and ultimate goal.

IPL should not be the first priority. The youth should focus their attention on Ranji matches. In four days of Ranji matches, cricketers have to face different pitches. It will definitely help to join the national team.

Kaif, who won the Under-19 World Cup to India, said that Under-19 cricket has changed a lot in the last 20 years. Kaif said that during my captaincy we did not get good facilities. Coaches like the legendary batsman Rahul Dravid were not available and we did not get opportunities to play matches on foreign pitches.

But I am thankful to the current management of BCCI that they are supporting the youth in every way. It is a great thing to have a coach like Dravid who is one of the great batsmen.
