In the 21st match of IPL, Kolkata Knight Riders faced Punjab Kings where KKR’s team won by 5 wickets. In this match, KKR’s team may have won the match but the Punjab Kings leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi was the center of discussion for a surprise catch.
The incident happened in the third over of KKR’s innings when Sunil Narine was facing Punjab’s young fast bowler Arshdeep Singh. On his ball, Narine attempted to play a big shot.
There was a time it looked that the ball would go easily land in a no-man zone near the boundary. But then Ravi Bishnoi, who was fielding there, came quickly towards the ball. However he was far from the ball, but then did he leap into the air like a superhero and caught the ball in his fist.
Kolkata Knight Riders won the match with 5 wickets. Batting first Punjab Kings scored 123/9 in 20 overs and Kolkata Knight Riders chase down the target within 17 overs and won the match with 5 wickets.
With this win, KKR has now 6 points and now they are at 5th position in the postins table. Whereas Punjab Kings are below them with the same points. The next match of KKR is against Delhi Capitals on 29th April and Punjab Kings will face Royal Challengers Bangalore on next day.
