Rohit Sharma who debuted as the opener in tests from this ongoing series against South Africa completes his 3rd test hundred of the series at Ranchi.

India batting first after winning the toss at Ranchi started not so good. Team India lost captain Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara and Mayank Aggarwal at a very low score. Rahane joined Rohit Sharma when India was reduced to 38/3.
